A specialist in fine quality silver and objects de vertu dating from the 17th to 20th century, Daniel Bexfield prides himself on the excellence of his stock. Items range from immaculate tea services to highly individual gifts. Picture d above are sauce boats in silver made by William Bateman I of London in 1816.

Daniel is known to a great many silver collectors and enthusiasts, including those who have seen and heard him on BBC television and radio. His book, ‘Buyer’s guide to Silver & Plate’, covers items from the 16th to 20th centuries – a ‘must’ for collectors of silver. He is also Editor of The Finial (a magazine solely related to silver spoons) and supporter of The Silver Society, The Writing Society, LAPADA, CINOA and is a Council member of BADA.
